> Overall satisfaction score of 91.1 among 12,000 students

In 2022, the King Sejong Institute Foundation conducted a satisfaction survey among 12,411 KSI students and achieved an overall satisfaction score of 91.1 points, marking the fourth consecutive year of upward trends.

The survey targeted all students who had taken a course at KSI in 2022, with a total of 12,411 respondents, ensuring representativeness. This is an increase of 2,100 over the previous year. Key satisfaction score results include: ▲ Social satisfaction (92.9 points) ▲ Overall satisfaction (92.2 points) ▲ Cultural curriculum and program satisfaction (92 points) ▲ Facility and environment satisfaction (90.9 points) ▲ Curriculum satisfaction (90.8 points) ▲ Online course satisfaction (88.8 points) ▲ Textbook satisfaction (88.7 points).

Positive responses include: ▲ Students developed a favorable impression of Korea through KSI increased by 10.3 points from last year (97.3 points) ▲ The intention to recommend KSI courses to others rose by 6.2 points (96.2 points). These results demonstrate that studying at KSI fosters a positive view of Korea and aids in learning Korean. Additionally, the primary motivation for students studying in Korea was to study abroad (25.1%). Over half of the respondents (50.3%) had a specific purpose, such as studying in Korea or working for Korean companies.

The Foundation plans to carry out the satisfaction survey in the first half of the year instead of the second half to secure more respondents and enhance the reliability and representativeness of the survey.
