KSI Education Center is equipped with facilities such as an online studio which can be utilized for KSIF’s untact education as well as an evaluation center where computer skills can be evaluated, a training facility where training for Korean teachers can be conducted, and an archive where educational material for KSIF development can be found.
KSIF plans to commence management of KSI Education Center, starting with domestic education prior to the sending overseas of qualified teachers, who are expected to be selected in August. The finals of KSI’s untact ‘Korean Speaking Contest’, planned to be held worldwide, are scheduled in September, and the online studio as well as skill evaluation center will begin operating in turn.
Kang Hyounhwa, the President of KSIF stated that “At this point, wherein KSI Korean language education as well as Korean cultural events and specialist-led teacher training are all being converted to untact methods, we expect that momentum will be gained by opening the education center in which all untact educational content can be produced”.
