‘KSIs Worldwide Go Online’ Individual KSI e-class launched

Online lectures on Korean language and Korean culture established by each KSI can be checked

The ‘KSI e-class’, which is an online space for offline KSI, has opened.
KSIF will be providing a KSI e-class for all offline KSIs from July. In the individual KSI e-class, online lessons operated by each offline KSI can be seen at a glance. KSI e-classes can be accessed by searching from the initial screen of the KSI homepage (www.iksi.or.kr).

The e-class can be divided broadly into a regular course and special course. The regular course utilizes KSI’s basic textbooks, ‘Sejong Korean’, ‘Sejong Korean Conversation’, ‘Business Korean’, and ‘Sejong Korean culture’ while the special course refers to Korean language classes that have been designed for King Sejong Culture Academy as well as cultural courses and those catering to local demands.
Those who wish to take the lessons can apply for lectures that are open for application in the e-class of each KSI. The KSI, lecturer’s name, application period, application cancellation period, period of lecture, review period, eligibility, completion criteria, textbooks, and lecture plans can be checked by clicking the e-class lecture name.
Regarding fee-based courses, lessons can be taken after payment is made to the KSI concerned, and in case of courses that are always open, anyone can take the lessons once the lecturer has approved their application.

From August, KSIF plans to launch a collaboration-based e-class that is equivalent to KSI’s e-class for institutes other than KSI which require an online education platform for Korean language and culture.
