According to the newly appointed Honorary ambassadors, each from Italy, India, and Germany, “There are KSI locations in all three countries where each of us come from, and if we had known about it earlier, we would have learned Korean there. We are excited for this opportunity to introduce KSI to people around the world.”
Lee Haiyoung, president of the foundation, remarked, “We appointed foreigner as Honorary ambassadors for the first time in celebration of the foundation's 10th anniversary. We hope to discover more diverse aspects of the Korean language and culture from the perspective of foreigners and continue to communicate with our existing and prospective students. We hope that students around the world can feel a closer connection to KSI as they learn about the Institute through the eyes of our newly appointed Honorary ambassadors.”
