I KSIF and Vietnam Education Television (VTV7) Join Hands
On December 20, the King Sejong Institute Foundation(Acting President and Secretary General Bae Jong-min,
hereafter referred to as KSIF) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Vietnam Education Television
(VTV7) for mutual cooperation, including the joint production and broadcasting of Korean language education
programs. The agreement covers cooperation to expand the reach of Korean language and culture, promote mutual
cultural exchange, produce and broadcast Korean language and cultural content, and pursue mid- to long-term
projects to disseminate Korean language and culture. Vietnam Education Television (VTV7), a national educational
broadcasting channel in Vietnam akin to the Korea Educational Broadcasting System (EBS), has been producing and
airing the Korean language education program "Speak Korean!" since 2021, which has reached its third season.
