> Presented the achievements and best practice cases of KSIF to 25 public institutions
On June 9, the King Sejong Institute Foundation was selected as a best practice institution for fair and competency-based recruitment at the 2023 Corporate Recruitment On-Site Support Project Workshop. The workshop was hosted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea at With Space in Seoul, where the foundation presented its achievements and best practices.
This workshop was prepared to share recruitment policies and 2023 business operational policies with HR managers of public institutions. 50 people participated in the workshop, including HR managers of 25 public institutions and members of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea and the Korean Standards Association.
KSIF, selected as the best practice institution for fair and competency-based recruitment, shared cases such as ▲ redesign of the selection process by diagnosing the current status in each stage and finding improvements, ▲ budget reduction through free recruitment solution support, ▲ advancement of the evaluation system through the corporate recruitment on-site support project of the HRDSK, and ▲employment branding planning for empathy in recruitment with 20 institutions.
With the recruitment consulting agreement with the Human Resources Development Service of Korea in 2020, KSIF is participating in the Corporate Recruitment On-site Support Project by HRDSK for four years. In 2021, KSIF received a commendation from the Minister of Employment and Labor in the Blind Recruitment Expansion field.
