KSI Tashkent 2 delivers handwritten letters to guests from Korea

> President Lee Haiyoung visits KSI Tashkent 2, welcomed by students who gave her handwritten letters.

Last November, students of KSI Tashkent 2 warmly welcomed President Lee Haiyoung on her visit with handwritten letters. Eight students wrote in Korean about how much they are enjoying their studies and how much they welcome President Lee’s visit. They even drew the national flag of South Korea, the national flower of South Korea, as well as the N Tower on the letters, showing their affection for the country.

KSI Tashkent 2 opened in 2021 and is jointly run by Tashkent Inha University in Uzbekistan and Inha University in Korea. More than 150 students join KSI Tashkent 2 each semester to learn the Korean language and culture.

I’m very glad to meet you again at KSI Tashkent 2 in Uzbekistan. I hope you have as much fun in my country as I did when I visited Korea for seven days earlier this year.
