KSIF was recertified as a family-friendly institution on December 14th. The certification is given by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. The family-friendly certification system refers to a certification system granted to organizations that implement family-friendly initiatives, such as childbirth and childrearing support, flexible work systems, and family-friendly workplace culture so that work and family life can be in harmony.

The Foundation received family-friendly certification for the first time in 2017 and maintained it for 3 years, and was granted a 2-year extension of it in 2020.

The Foundation was able to be recertified as a family-friendly institution in time for its expiration this year following a thorough review by the Korea Management Certification Authority. The extended certification will be valid until November 2025.
The Foundation has been steadily implementing family-friendly systems, such as ▲encouraging parental leave and flexible working hours, ▲hosting Family Love Days, ▲running a worker counseling system, ▲running a support program for pregnant employees, as well as ▲various club activities.

According to President Lee Haiyoung, "I hope that the family-friendly recertification will help the Foundation's staff to achieve a more harmonious balance between work and family life. We will continue to put efforts towards building a family-friendly working culture and system.”
