Now, with KSIF
President Lee Haiyoung of KSIF signed a business agreement with Yonsei University (President Suh Seung-hwan) in the main building of Yonsei University on September 30 for the spread of the Korean language.
The two institutions hope to expand the scope of support for Korean language education within the University, which was previously limited to students of the School of Global Talent, to all international students in undergraduate and graduate schools through the expansion of Yonsei University’s KSI online. In addition, the business agreement, which is designed to widen the scope of the collaboration between the two organizations for the spread of the Korean language and culture, entails continued support of KSI scholarship programs for outstanding learners, such as by actively utilizing the Sejong Korean Assessment (SKA), a test of Korean communication ability for those of other nationalities, which is conducted by the Foundation.
