On September 18, President Lee Haiyoung of KSIF visited the Yongsan-gu Office in Seoul. The Yongsan-gu Office has been operating KSI Quy Nhon in Vietnam, a local government-collaboration type KSI location, since 2016.
During the visit, the Head of Office Park Hee-young shared the current status of the operation of KSI Quy Nhon, and the two discussed ways to support Korean language education in the Quy Nhon region and actively cooperate with local governments.

On September 19, President Lee Haiyoung of KSIF visited the Jongno-gu Office in Seoul. The Jongno-gu Office has been operating KSI Poi Pet in Cambodia, a local government-collaboration type KSI location, since 2019.
During the visit, the Head of Office Cheong Moon-heon shared the current status of the operation of KSI Poi Pet, and the two discussed ways to support Korean language education in the Poi Pet region as well as in Jongno-gu for the socially vulnerable, including those of foreign nationality.

On September 22 and 23, President Lee Haiyoung visited Korean language education institutions in Vietnam (Vietnam State Education Broadcasting Station, Korean Education Center in Hanoi, Korean Embassy in Vietnam, Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam) to discuss ways of supporting the spread of Korean language and culture in Vietnam.

From September 22 to 24, President Lee Haiyoung visited 6 KSI locations in Vietnam, including the central Vietnam KSI location, to gain a deeper understanding of the administration of KSI locations in Vietnam and to discuss ways through which the Foundation can provide support. In particular, she had a meaningful time attending the opening ceremony of the newly designated KSI Ho Chi Minh 6 and delivering congratulatory remarks.

On October 7th, Faraj Atif, Director of KSI Islamabad, Pakistan, visited the Foundation. Director Paraj Atif was selected as a person of merit for the development of Hangul by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism this year on the occasion of Hangul Day. President Lee Haiyoung congratulated and encouraged Director Paraj Atif of KSI Islamabad for receiving the award of merit for the development of Hangul.
