Director Heo Seon-Haeng from KSI Tashkent 1, Uzbekistan visited the foundation on May 18.
He has been devoted to promoting the Korean language and culture in Uzbekistan for the past 30 years. On this day, the President of the foundation and Director HEO shared the popularity of K-wave in the Central Asia and local enthusiasm for learning the Korean language. KSI Tashkent 1, in particular, is where highly skilled Korean language students are fostered through special courses such as Korean-speaking tour guide training as part of KSI Specialization Project.
The two leaders discussed plans to produce advanced-level Korean language students in Uzbekistan as well as possible support the foundation can provide.
