The recent survey was the first satisfaction survey to include learners from the King Sejong Institute (KSI) Korean education center as respondents, and it included new indicators, such as Online Education Service Satisfaction and Social Satisfaction, to use the results toward achieving qualitative growth in the operations of the KSI.

KSIF plans to reflect the satisfaction survey results and feedback from learners in supporting the operations of the global KSI network to further boost satisfaction.
