October was filled with various events for KSIF.
Many cultural events were held outside of the Foundation in celebration of Hangul Day and outstanding KSI students that were selected from around the globe visited Korea.
There was also the release of the KSI Font, a unique typeface that represents KSIF.

Introducing KSI on TV

KSI students made TV appearances on KBS and MBC.
MBC's ‘Dopojarak’ program was filmed with K-culture messengers selling Korean cultural products as content to promote Korea in various parts of the world, the proceeds of which were donated to the King Sejong Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark. Students from KSI at the Korean Cultural Center in Mexico made an appearance on TV on KBS2’s ‘Hae Bolmanhan Achim M&W,’ introducing Mexican breakfast, culture, and economy.
We also interviewed Director Lee Kyung-hee of KSI Copenhagen and Director Jun Woo-pyo of KSI at the Korean Cultural Center in Mexico on their vision for KSI going forward.
193 KSI students from 63 countries were selected as outstanding students for a chance to visit Korea and experience Korean culture.

2022 King Sejong Institute Invitational Training for Outstanding Students and 2022 King Sejong Institute Korean Speaking/Writing Contest, Successfully Completed.

193 outstanding KSI students from 63 countries around the world were invited to visit Korea and experience Korean culture.
