Prepare the ingredients for the galbi chicken 2. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels 3. Slice the green onions and ginger 4. Heat a pan on high and start by searing the skin side of the chicken, then sprinkle with salt 5. Lower to medium heat, flip the chicken, and cook for 3 minutes 6. Add the ginger and cover with a lid 7. Add the whole garlic cloves and fry lightly 8. Add sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and malt syrup, then cover with a lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the galbi chicken to finish!
